With only one class per grade level, The Academy at St. Joan of Arc is a small, but mighty and highly regarded, independent catholic school in Evanston, IL. With a math curriuclum decades old, it became clear ASJ needed support making a newly adopted curriculum accessible for ALL students. Chicago Math Group created and facilitated all of the professional learning and instructional coaching which resulted in a significant increase in NWEA MAP scores in just one semester. 

Goals Included:

The New America School is a public charter school serving new immigrants, English language learners, and academically underserved high school students. 

Chicago Math Group partnered with 2 campuses of New America School in Colorado to support their math department with professional development, a department book student and instructional coaching.
